Reset your password
Recover access without losing your public profile, cards, wallet, or relationship history.
Request a reset
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and submit the account email. The reset message contains a time-limited link.
- Enter the email used for your WELINQS account.
- Open the reset link from the email.
- Choose a password with at least eight characters, a number, and a special character.
- Return to Sign in and confirm access.
If the message does not arrive
Check spam and confirm the address is correct. If the link has expired, request a new one rather than reusing an old message.
